เชียงราย – คนเชียงรายผวากันทั้งเมือง หลังเกิดเหตุแผ่นดินไหว มีศูนย์กลางอยู่แถบชายแดนถี่ยิบ เผยรอบ 1 เดือนเศษนี้เกิดเหตุแล้วถึง 4 ครั้ง แม้ยังไม่ปรากฏความเสียหายร้ายแรงขึ้น ขณะที่ “สมิทธ” เตือนพื้นที่เมืองพ่อขุนฯมีสิทธิเกิดเหตุขึ้นทุกเวลา

ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานจาก จ.เชียงราย ว่า กรณีเกิดเหตุแผ่นดินไหว วัดระดับความแรงได้ ขนาด 5.7 ริกเตอร์ เมื่อเวลา 15.17 น. ของวันที่ 23 มิ.ย.50 ที่ผ่านมา ติดต่อกันถึง 3 ครั้ง โดยมีจุดศูนย์กลางอยู่ชายแดนพม่า-ลาว ที่ละติจูด 21.2 องศาเหนือ ลองจิจูด 99.8 องศาตะวันออก หรือห่างจาก อ.แม่สาย จ.เชียงราย ไปทางทิศเหนือ 150 กม. ทำให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ อ.เมือง,อ.แม่จัน,อ.เชียงแสน,อ.แม่สาย จ.เชียงราย รวมถึงชาวพม่า บริเวณย่านการค้าท่าขี้เหล็ก และประชาชนฝั่งแขวงบ่อแก้วสปป.ลาว สามารถรับรู้แรงสั่นสะเทือนแผ่นดินไหวได้นั้น

จากการตรวจสอบประชาชนในเขต อ.เมืองเชียงราย พบว่าผู้อยู่อาศัยในอาคารตั้งแต่ชั้นเดียวเป็นต้นไป สามารถรับรู้แรงสั่นสะเทือนได้ ไม่ต่างกับกลุ่มที่อาศัยในตัวอาคารพาณิชย์หรืออาคารสูง ประชาชนที่ซื้อสินค้าตามห้างสรรพสินค้าต่างรู้สึกแรงแผ่นดินไหวได้พร้อมกัน ไม่เว้นแม้แต่ที่ รพ.เชียงรายประชานุเคราะห์ คนไข้และเจ้าหน้าที่ใน ร.พ.ต่างแตกตื่น โดยเฉพาะที่อยู่บนอาคารสูง ได้วิ่งหนีกันอลหม่าน

ส่วนที่ อ.เชียงแสน เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.อ.เชียงแสน ที่อยู่บนอาคารชั้น 3และชั้น 2 ได้วิ่งลงมายังอาคารด่านล่างด้วยความโกลาหล เนื่องจากเป็นเหตุแผ่นดินไหว ที่เกิดขึ้นติดต่อกัน 3 ครั้งในช่วงเวลา 5 นาที

นายสมหวัง รุ่งตระกูลชัย นายอำเภอเชียงแสน กล่าวว่า ขณะเกิดเหตุแผ่นดินไหวตนได้จัดประชุมเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปกครองอยู่บนอาคารชั้น 2 ปรากฏว่า เกิดแผ่นดินไหวติดต่อกัน 3 ครั้งซ้อน สร้างความตกใจ ทำให้ทุกคนวิ่งหลบหนีหาที่กำบัง ซึ่งไม่เคยเกิดการไหวติดต่อกันลักษณะนี้มาก่อน ได้สั่งให้เจ้าหน้าที่และประชาชน ออกสำรวจตรวจสอบความเสียหาย โดยเฉพาะตามโบราณสถานและเขตแนวกำแพงเมือง ซึ่งมีเจดีย์เก่าอายุพันปีตั้งอยู่มากมาย

ด้านนายสมพล สุปการ หัวหน้าสถานีอุตุนิยมวิทยาเชียงราย กล่าวด้วยว่า แผ่นดินครั้งนี้มีขนาดแรงพอสมควร ครั้งแรกศูนย์ตรวจวัดแผ่นดินประจำกรม วัดความแรงได้ 4.2 ริกเตอร์ ต่อมามีการปรับค่าความแรงขึ้นเป็น 5.7 ริกเตอร์ โดยมีการปรับละติจูดและลองจิจูด ในบริเวณจุดศูนย์กลางใหม่อีกครั้ง ส่วนความเสียหายยังไม่ได้รับรายงาน

เหตุแผ่นดินไหวครั้งนี้นับเป็นแผ่นดินไหวที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ความแรง 5.1 ริกเตอร์ เมือคืนวันที่ 15 พ.ค.50 ตามมาด้วย แผ่นดินไหวขนาดความแรง 6.3 ริกเตอร์ เมื่อวันที่ 16 พ.ค. ศูนย์กลางอยู่พรมแดนพม่า-ลาว จนถึงวันที่ 8 มิ.ย.มีแผ่นดินไหว ขนาดความแรง 5.3 ริกเตอร์ เมื่อเวลา 00.21 น. ศูนย์กลางอยู่พรมแดนไทย-พม่า ห่างตัว อ.เมือง จ.เชียงราย ไปทางทิศเหนือประมาณ 90 กิโลเมตร ล่าสุดมีขนาดความแรง 5.7 ริกเตอร์ ศูนย์กลางในเขตชายแดนพม่า-ลาว นับเป็นภัยธรรมชาติของ จ.เชียงราย ที่เกิดขึ้นบ่อยมาก

ทั้งนี้เมื่อไม่กี่วันที่ผ่านมานายสมิทธ ธรรมสโรช ประธานอำนวยการศูนย์เตือนภัยพิบัติแห่งชาติ และที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ร่วมกับคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี จัดบรรยายพิเศษเรื่อง "แผ่นดินไหวในเชียงราย ไม่ไกลอย่างที่คิด" สืบเนื่องจากมีเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหวในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงราย ในช่วงระยะเวลา 2 เดือนที่ผ่านมา และเกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้ง โดยมีระดับความรุนแรงเพิ่มขึ้น จนเกิดความเสียหายหลายแห่งในพื้นที่เชียงราย ที่มีรอยเลื่อนเชียงแสน ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงกับรอยเลื่อนแม่จัน ทำให้เกิดแผ่นดินไหวขึ้นได้ทุกขณะ

ด้านทางการได้เตือนให้ประชาชนท้องถิ่นและนักท่องเที่ยวออกห่างจากบริเวณปากปล่องภูเขาไฟทาอัล อันเป็นภูเขาไฟที่ยังไม่มอดสนิทเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการปะทุของไอน้ำและก๊าซพิษที่อาจพวยพุ่งขึ้นมาฉับพลัน อนึ่ง เกาะภูเขาไฟทาอัลได้รับการประกาศเป็นเขตอันตรายถาวร แต่ปัจจุบันมีชาวบ้านเข้ามาตั้งถิ่นฐานทำการประมงและประกอบธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวกว่าหลายพันคน. - สำนักข่าวไทย
